How do I apply?

How much does it cost?

Money for program entry is collected on day one of the program

  • Ad2 Denver Members: $60
  • Non-members: $110

If you’re still in school, student memberships are only $45. Become a member now.

 

How do I know if I have been accepted?

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your application. It will take us a few weeks to narrow down the competition and assemble creative duos.

Application considerations

  • Only submit your best work. Our judges have short attention spans.
  • If a piece in your portfolio isn’t quick and clear, a short explanation can go a long way.
  • We’d rather see great spec work than a mediocre real-world campaign.

 

If I am accepted, what is expected of me?

  • You and the rest of the NEXT team will meet with this session’s Creative Director once a week from 6 to 8pm.  During this session you will receive direction from your CD and assigned mentors.
  • You will meet with your teammates and work independently as needed during the off days of the week.
  • Toward the end of the week you and your team will be check-in with your mentor and receive further direction and guidance at that time.

 

What level of experience do I need?

Whether you’re fresh out of college or a junior creative you’re welcome to apply for NEXT.

However, some level of education and software knowledge is required.  If you’re a designer or writer samples of your work are needed.  If you do not have any design or writing experience from college or a junior level position, then we recommend that you attend an educational program before you apply for NEXT.
